Introduction
You have arrived at your client’s home and have reviewed appointment and client details and notes. It is now time to begin the visit. Once you start your visit, you will be able to access the Care Plan tasks and document the visit (if applicable).
Note: If you don't start your visit within 30 minutes of the appointment start time, a mobile alert will be generated to the scheduler. This is for safety reasons and they are able to view your location via GPS and may reach out to you.
Starting your visit is only available from the Appointment Detail screen.
Start a Visit
1. From the Appointment Detail screen, tap on the Start Visit
2. In the next screen, tap Start.
Reset a Visit
Once you Start a visit and realize after that you will not be able to complete the visit (eg. client not home), you can reset the visit back to the Start status.
Follow these steps to reset the appointment:
1. Tap the Back Arrow on the bottom of the screen to get back to the Appointment Details screen
2. Tap on the Ellipses menu , then tap Reset Appointment.
