After you log in, your schedule will appear with today’s visits (client and non-client). You are only able to access appointments for today and tomorrow.
To view an extended list of clients scheduled, go to Schedules in the Procura Portal.
To switch between today and tomorrow’s appointments, follow these steps:
- Tap the Right Arrow to view tomorrow’s appointments
2. Tap the Left Arrow to return to return to today’s appointments.
The scheduled appointment contains the following information:
- Client name
- Address
- Start and end time of appointment
- Status
There are 5 status types relevant to the client, appointment or visit.

The visit has been started. |

Start Due |
The visit is overdue to start. Reminder notifications will appear when a visit is in this status. |

Stop Due |
The visit is overdue to stop. Reminder notifications will appear when a visit is in this status. |
|
Completed |
The visit has been started and completed. |
|
Verified |
The visit has been processed by a timekeeper. |
