When a visit Start or Stop is overdue, an Overdue Visits notification will appear and the visit status will change to either Start Due or Stop Due. The notification will continue to pop up every 10 minutes until the visits have been started or stopped. They will appear while you are in the Procura Mobile app and on your phone as a notification (on home screen, in email, etc.).
When an Overdue Visits notification appears while in the app, follow these steps to close it and prevent future notifications:
1. Tap OKAY to close the notification.
2. Start/Stop the visits as usual.
Note: if you tap OKAY and do not Start/Stop the visits, the notification will re-appear in 10 minutes.
If you require more time to start/stop the visits when an Overdue Visits notification appears, then tap DISMISS.
Note: Dismiss prevents the notification from re-appearing for the current logged on session. The notification will re-appear at the next log in session if the visits have not been started or stopped.
