If a client has a Behavioural Careplan (BCP), information relevant to the CHW will be visible in Procura Mobile. It is important for the CHW to become familiar with this plan and instructions when interacting with the client.
The areas where you will find BCP details are listed below.
1. Client Details > Client Information.
If a client has a BCP, it will show as present. This field will not appear if a client does not have a BCP.
2. Appointment Details and Client Details > Client Hazards.
Associated hazards/risks with the BCP will show in the Hazards section.
Click on the hazard to expand.
3. Client Details > Behavioural Care Plan note type
