When all tasks have been documented, the Complete button will become enabled at the bottom of your phone.
Note: If you don't complete your visit within 30 minutes of the appointment end time, a mobile alert will be generated to the scheduler. This is for safety reasons and they are able to view your location via GPS and may reach out to you.
Follow these instructions to complete a visit.
1. Tap Complete when you are finished all of your documentation are leaving the client’s home.
3. Tap Complete once more to finalize the visit.
You are brought back to your schedule of today’s appointments. Notice the status has changed to Complete for those clients with a completed visit.
