When a client is no longer receiving a monthly cap, you will need to add a new rule to indicate this.
Note: Always keep the Client Charge linked to the target order. Do not un-check this as it causes problems for billing.
1. From Orders >open the default funder > Rules/Client Charge folder.
2. Click on Rules.
3. Choose the Client Charge - Caps tab > Add.
4. Select No Cap, add effective date (1st of the month as per the HSO) and comments.
5. Ok.
The new 'No Cap' rule has been added.
