When a client is no longer charged a per diem, you will need to add a new rule to indicate this.
Note: Always keep the Client Charge linked to the target order. Do not un-check this as it causes problems for billing.
1. From Orders >open the default funder > Rules/Client Charge folder.
2. Click on Rules.
3. Click Add.
2. Select No Rule, add the effective date (as per the HSO) and comments.

The Current Charge amount will reflect 'No Rule' upon the effective date of the 'No Rule' rule.
If you are no longer going to be using the client charge order, add an end date. This will archive this order and keep the source order active. Follow these steps to end date the client charge order:
4. Open the Client Charge order and enter a Stop Date. The Stop Date is the first day of no client billing.
5. Save and Close.
6. Select 'Yes' to these two messages
