Procura will automatically check visits for scheduling conflicts every time you schedule a visit. This is intended to prevent errors. You can always override these conflicts, but due diligence must be taken. In some cases conflicts are permitted (eg. 2 CHW visits), when they are not permitted the schedules must be corrected.

Overview of the Conflict Checking Window
There are four main areas on the Conflict Checking window.
1. Planner.The selected Planner is where conflict visits will go when you select actions that send visits to the planner. Always make sure this planner is correct before clicking OK.
2. Conflict Details. This tells you details of the selected conflict from the list.
3. List of Conflicts. Conflicts identified are listed in order by date. The Conflict Status column tells you what the conflict is and the Action column tells you what will happen to the conflict.
4. Action Buttons. Scheduling options that can be used to resolve one or more conflicts.
Action Button Descriptions

| Book All | Book ALL the visits in the conflict list. Booking the visits will override the conflict and schedule the visits. 'Book Visit' appears in the Action column. |
| Planner All |
Add ALL the visits in the conflict list to the selected Planner. 'Planner Filled' and the Planner name appears in the Action column. Tip: select 'Mark as unfilled when sending to planner' if you want your visits unfilled. |
| Delete All | Permanently deletes ALL the visits in the conflict list. Note: this delete is permanent and can't be undone. 'Delete Visit' appears in the Action column. |
| Edit | Return to the selected client visit to make changes to resolve the conflict. Eg. change the visit time or employee. If the conflict has been resolved, 'Book Visit appears in the Action Column. Note: You can only edit a single visit at a time. |
| Delete | Permanently deletes the selected visit. Note: this delete is permanent and can't be undone. 'Delete Visit' appears in the Action column. |
| Planner |

Steps to Check and Action Conflicts
1. Review the Conflict Checking form to identify any conflicts. See Types of Conflict Status' and Actions below.
2. For visits that contains conflicts, use one of the Action Buttons described above. Note: Always check that your planner is correct and you are choosing the correct Action. Eg. Delete All vs. Delete.
3. Confirm that the Actions are correct in the Action column.
4. Click OK.

If this is intended, book the visit. If this is not intended, skip this visit, or send this visit or the conflicting visit(s) to the planner. If you don't want to check for client double booking conflicts, clear the Check for Double Bookings check box in the Client Department Information form in the client record. |

Availability Conflict |
Employee is unavailable during the scheduled hours due to previously prescribed hours of work. |
Accept, skip or send the visit to the planner, and find another employee for the visit. |

Statutory Holiday |
Visit occurs on a statutory holiday within the active scheduling period. |
If the client receives service on statutory holidays, book the visit. If the client doesn't receive service on statutory holidays send it as a 'Filled' visit to the appropriate Non Stat planner. |

Client Department Status Conflict |
The visit is being scheduled during a period where the Client Department Status prevents scheduling of service. |
You cannot schedule service if the Client Department Status prevents it. |
