Users
Procura mobile phones are provided to Home Support Community Health Workers who require access to the Procura Mobile applications and other mobile tools to perform their daily work. Home Support Supervisors and Nurses may also be assigned a Procura mobile phone for supervision and operational purposes.
Onsite Spare Staged Phone
Home Support Manager/Admin may request Procura onsite staged phones to be stored locally as spare devices. These phones are pre-configured and ready to be assigned to a Procura Mobile user when needed.
Each onsite spare device:
- Has an active SIM and dedicated phone number
- Is set up under the Procura-Staging account
- Requires final full enrollment to register the phone to the assigned user
Phone Enrollment Status
Staged (85% enrollment)
Procura staged phones are pre-configured with 85% of applications and permission installed. The assigned user completes the remaining 15% of enrollment by registering the device with their user account and profile.
User Enrolled (100% enrollment)
The device is fully enrolled once the user register the device under their LAN account. This completes the full configuration and enables access to all required applications.
Unenrolled / Wiped (0% enrollment)
When a user account is disabled, the system automatically triggers a device wipe within 24 hours to protect privacy and security.
Home Support Manager/Admin may also request a device wipe and deactivation for:
- Lost /stolen devices
- Broken / damaged devices
- Inactive / terminated devices
