Power button: Press and hold to power on/off the device.
Volume +/- buttons: Press to adjust the volume.
To force restart the device, press and hold both Volume Down and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
Mobile Network (LTE/5G) status: Displayed on the top right corner of the screen.
Confirm Mobile Data is on and Flight Mode is turned off.
Battery status: Displayed on the top right corner of the screen.
Do not turn on Battery/Power Saving mode as this will limit the apps and home screen.
Notification panel: Pull down from the top edge of the screen to view all notifications.
Home button: Tap to go to the Home Screen.
Back button: Tap to return to the previous page.
Recent Apps button: Tap to view, open, or close currently running apps.
App drawer: Swipe up from Home Screen to go to the app drawer where display all the installed apps.

Confirm the Device Name and Phone Number on the back of the phone and on the phone box.
Attach the correct phone case for the device model.
Charge the phone battery to at least 90%.
Ensure the assigned SIM Card is inserted properly.
Ensure that 5G or LTE (mobile data) is turned on and active.

Power on the staged phone and swipe up on the lock screen.
Enter the temporary PIN 159357 to unlock the device.
You will be taken to the Home Screen, where the main app icons are displayed.

Always check for and install any available software updates, as OS updates may impact the settings of some applications.

Remove app icon from home screen	Add app icon to home screen
Press and hold the app icon to display options, then select Remove from Home.	Press and hold the app icon to display options, then select Add to Home.
