Hazards and Risks along with their comments and control plans, are found on the CRS (Community Risk Screener) in PARIS.
To add a hazard/risk, follow these steps.
1. Click on the +/- in Hazards to enter a new item.
2. Double click or use the < arrow to select the available hazards to move to the attached hazards.
3. Click Close.
4. Double click on each Hazard to enter the Control Plan and other details in the comments box.
5. Click OK when you are complete.
