The Account Section is used to view information pertaining to Account Information, User Information and Service Requirements.
Within the Service Requirements section, you can view your:
- Vacation, stat lieu, and carry over entitlements allowed for the current year.
- Service Requirements which are the tasks or competencies that you have been trained on and can be used to help match you to a client. You will see an expiry date if re-training is needed in future.
