Always Archive Care Plan Activities, rather than delete them (unless you made an entry error). This preserves a history and can be restored if necessary.

Unarchive a Careplan Activities
Archive Care Plan Activities
1. Click on Care Plan Activity to be archived.
2. Click > OK.
3. If you need to archive multiple activities, click on the first Care Plan Activity and
use (>) to move between entries, automatically archiving them as you go.
4. OK.
Note: Deselect on any activity you do not want to archive.
View Archived Care Plan Activities
To view a list of all the activities that have been archived, click the View Archive icon. To return
to the list of current activities, click the View Current Information icon.
Unarchive a Care Plan Activity
If you have archived a Care Plan Activity by mistake, you can make it current again by following
these steps:
1. Click the View Archive icon
2. Double-click the archived Care Plan Activity you want to make current.
3. Deselect the Archived box and click OK.
4. The Care Plan Activity will be removed from the Archive and visible on the Current list.
